Room was neat and clean. Room has working tv & ac. Room service is available reception is cooperative. There are less options for breakfast, no breakfast buffet is available

Room window was not clean, was a smelly bathroom, lots of conditions for pure booked breakfast. There was no complimentry tea in the room, which is normally provided by every hotel. And there was no water in the room.
