The room was very clean with a lot of natural sun light. The food is also good. They have a rooftop restaurant. The locality is relatively quiet.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. My family enjoyed their stay with the view of lake. It was a great stay.

I found this property through mm t and after seeing the building and rooms condition i was just intrigued to book it and a reasonable price, the hotel staff is knowledgeable and cooperative, they have a kitchen cum restaurant at the roof and that serves a great cuisine and variety of food, also not to miss out the view from the hotel is proper lake view so you would quite like the ambience and aura of that place. I was travel-ling with my family and they provided early checkin to us at 8 in the morning.

The breakfast included option is a joke to say the least. First they don't have a buffet and you have to order from menu. After we had our breakfast as part of inclusion, the waiter came to me saying you have to pay around 400 extra as we only allow 300 as part of breakfast cover for double occupancy. When protested that this was never shared with us during check-in, we were diverted to the reception. There they again tried to pin it on us but we refused. At the time of dinner on same day, they added extra items to bill and refused to change the bill in system. During final payment the dinner bill and breakfast issue came up again and it took over 45 mins for it to be resolved. Rooms were average, cleanliness average, found a big rat in cafe area they had cought in night, washed utensils were left on floor like it was nothing. Will not recommend it to anyone

Water leakage in celling in room no 205 and not changed room after that all night water drop coming on bed

Great services and very helpful staff very clean rooms. Just one missing thing was no inverter there was power outage and we were in room without a/c for over an hour if they have frequent power cuts am expecting them to have inverters for guests.

The room was good, hospitality was excellent, service was excellent, very helpful staff. But overall i can say that the experience was good and satisfying.
