位置極佳，就在市中心。酒店歷史悠久，年代感強烈。服務人員態度和藹，房間較寬敞，早餐不點額外付費項目的話也能吃飽，且質量較高。唯一不足站在浴缸裡淋浴空間有點侷促，好在花灑水量大。總體來説很推薦。

酒店位置很好，房間空間尚可，各種設施雖舊但看得出還是老牌酒店。 房費雖然包含早餐，但衹包含有果汁，麥片等很少的冷食。如果需要點全英早餐和其它熱食物，還需要每人加費用，這點和其它包括早餐的酒店都不相同。

Says breakfast included but only continental stuff worth pennies. Have to pay £12 for hot foot and tiny portions. Was booked in SGD but billed as GBP so doubled price. Wasn’t worth that amount of money. “Courtyard view” means multi story car park view.

Lovely hotel and great location however the room was disappointing for the price, one of the armchairs was badly damaged and the other brown stains on the material. Sections of wallpaper were peeling off which gave it a very tired appearance. The iron board was also broke and we had to prop it up on a chair. The room we booked looked nothing like the images on the advertisement and I had to check with reception we had the correct room. For £330 a night I don’t feel we had a premium room, the staff however were lovely and very welcoming.

Members of staff were very attentive. The food was lovely.The lift to access the car park broke down when we were there. There was an alternative route, it was a little tricky to get to though. If you want a room with an accessible bathroom you might have to book early.

酒店無處不透露著美式奢華。 附近的小鎮非常美，我們晚上9點外出散步，夜間的街景配合著特有建築風格，感覺很不可思議。 我們會再來的。
