    we reached hotel at 9.30 pm. we had also ordered food/dinner telephonically at 6 pm. But when we reached hotel, they refused to serve us food while timing of dinner was 8 to 10 pm. Further there was no luggage rack , lift etc

    Location is awesome . Mesmerising view of mountains from room balcony . It has separate balcony private for the room. King size bed. Food is awesome and really tasty. Chef is good here you will get yummy food . Cooks nicely and less oily. Staff are good and polite . Water heater u will need to wait for 30min.

    - the location is far away from all tourist locations. - awesome view. - hotel is clean and tidy. - the staff except the reception lady is helpful and polite. - food is average to good depending on the dish ordered. - too noisy. Our room was mountain facing and there were constant noises of moving vehicles on the road, even during the night. The sounds from the kitchen leak into the room. - hot water problem - rooms are fitted with geysers which can only manage to heat one bucket of water every 30 mins (during winters. Beware of this fact if coming with family.

    Overall it was a good stay, the rooms were great and the view from the balcony is amazing, but the staff of the hotel seem under equipped to deal with emergency situations. We lost a room key in the night and were told that the staff did not have a spare key, and we would have to wait till 8:30 in the morning to get our room open

    Food was half cooked and salt less. My husband had severe vomiting 6-7 times that night. Room heater was tiny blower which was ineffective and due to power cut for 5 hours it wasn't working. Overall not worth it! due to bad food our next day of tour was spoilt.

    Rooms not justify the price. Poor quality amenities as per the price paid. Curtains are sheer. No proper light coverage.

    Food quality and room service is not up to the mark. Also the behaviour of the lady on the reception desk is not good for the guest.

    The location of the hotel is really good at Sohra, close to Arwah Caves, easy travel time to all nearby places. The rooms was very spacious and clean. Geyser was there, so hot water was available for shower even in early morning. There is power backup as we faced electricity outage but the power backup was switched on on our request even in the early morning. Simple North Indian Daal, Rice and Roti is available. They take orders till 7.30 pm but we requested them to keep our meal ready at 9 pm and it was served hot. The staff is really courteous and listened to all our requests related to room service. All in all, a great place to stay and highly recommended for comfort.
