I recently stayed at Kingston Hotel 22 @ Cheras Kuala Lumpur (formerly Prescott Ace Kuala Lumpur Cheras) and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to Cheras, Kuala Lumpur city centre, and nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and willing to assist whenever needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was stable throughout my stay. The hotel offers good value for money, making it a suitable choice for business travellers, short stays, or budget-conscious visitors.

This is a very affordable hotel in a great location. There is plenty of public parking nearby and a wide variety of restaurants and food halls are within easy walking distance. The staff are incredibly friendly, the shower has strong, hot water, and the linens are fresh and new. One thing to note: you must specifically request housekeeping at the front desk. Even if you leave the sign on your door, service will not be provided unless you inform them at front desk in advance.
