衞生環境都可以 跟圖片一樣 就是一個房間裡的床墊有點凹陷 建議店家要去換一個

booked last minute... need to read properly the term.. need to text the reception ..to get a QR code ,to give to security.. n to collect the keys from a mailbox... swimmingpool very strict.. must use a swimming suit.. othe than that..everything good.. shop nearby..

Location was okay but was quite inconvenient to get in and out of. Cleanliness: the apartment seemed well kept and quite clean at first glance but through out the stay we encountered alot of cockroaches in the apartment. Service: Property did not provide any check in details on the day of. Did not respond to my registered number via whatsapp as 訂房網站.com has suggested. So when we arrived the security at the property held us and was extremely difficult to deal with. Then I had to get 訂房網站.com to get involved as property was not even answering calls. Only then did they respond and even so was to another guests phone number that was NOT the main number on this booking. Altogether was a horrible experience as this caused us to go back and forth EVEN after 訂房網站 cancelled our previous booking and this was a last minute choice as previous booking was cancelled.

Overall everything is great on this Condo. Just few things I would like to highlight. 1st found hairs still on d pillow case regardless whether got change or not. 2nd all d pillows totally not acceptable n lastly sleeping on d mattress is just like earthquake!! Is time to change all ur pillows n mattress.
