Unwashed Linen & Bare-Minimum Standards. Do Your Research! Be aware that Landmark 2 Residence is not a conventional hotel, but a private apartment building subletted for short-term rentals. The Bad: Dirty Bedding: The linen was old, of poor quality, and clearly unwashed—it smelled heavily of sweat. I couldn't sleep in the bed and had to use the sofa instead. No Hotel Comforts: Expect a completely impersonal self-check-in/out via a post box. No complimentary tea or coffee is provided, only basic toiletries and dishwashing liquid. Remote Location: The area is quite isolated with very little to do nearby. The Good: Great Tech: The Wi-Fi was very good and stable, and the TV included Netflix. On-Site Facilities: The building features a convenient swimming pool and a restaurant. The only plus is the pool area. Nearby Attraction If you need to escape the remote area, AEON Mall Cheras Selatan (a large shopping, dining, and cinema hub) is about 4 km away—roughly a 5 to 7-minute drive. Final Verdict There are much better accommodation options in this area. Save yourself the hassle, do your research, and look elsewhere for a cleaner stay!

Our introduction to this place was awful. The host refused to talk to us on 訂房網站 site and insisted we use WhatsApp even after we said we do not use WhatsApp. Eventually at midnight on the day of our check in they sent us the check in codes after I reminded them that we had already paid for the accommodation for 31 days. It is totally unacceptable for a host to say that they only use WhatsApp to communicate and refuse to use 訂房網站 even though we booked on 訂房網站. Then although the place was generally clean outside the inside was awful. We spent a whole day cleaning the place because it was so dirty. We couldn't use the high shelves because of all the sticky dirty. The previous people's rubbish was still in one of the cupboards causing the place to stink. They also never cleaned once in 31 days and only left two small bottles of soap and one and a half rolls of toilet paper. The towels were so worn we couldn't even dry ourselves properly. No microwave. The place was also in poor condition with peeling flooring and dirty walls. Facilities were okay with a nice pool and sauna and steam room. However, two out of three walkers in the gym were not working and two out of two bikes also not working. Good on site resturaunt. Good on site parking.

The place is clean and spacious. Installing a towel or clothes rack in the toilet would be great, coz there's no place to hang your stuff when shower.

Suka sangat stay sini. I prefer studio comel macamni. Luas jugak, siap ada washing machine and tempat nak sidai baju. Gonna repeat here again 😆

The room very nice. Surroundings so beautiful. Affordable because complete like a house. Got washing machine is a wonderful thing if you stay more than 2days

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient, with a metro/train station nearby, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would consider staying here again.

Good location. Walking distance to MRT stations Bukit Dukung and Batu 11 Security Supervisor there very efficient and helpful. Nice swimming pool and gym on the 11th floor.

Last review was for one day I be up staying a whole month and I didn't regret it will definitely rent it again next tim. It is far from everything but extremely quiet and well maintained
