冷氣特別舊 而且特別吵 還一直漏水 也不怎麼冷 旅店地上黏黏糊糊

Basic shampoo and body wash provided. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as hotel doesn’t provide or you have to buy them at the reception for RM 10 for a set. Aircon is pretty loud for the first few hours. Bring ear plugs. Close the toilet door and light/exhaust fan switch for the toilet so the AC can cool down the room. Aim the AC controller at the small rectangular sensor patch of the AC unit to adjust the AC setting. Window pane handle is broken so the window can’t close fully. Will have a little smell coming in from the outside. Bed is comfortable. Pillow case and bedsheet feel clean but expect a bit of stains. Wall is stained. Manage your expectations with budget hotels. It’s good enough for a night stay. Shower pressure pretty strong but toilet is tiny.

⭐ 1/5 Antara pengalaman hotel paling mengecewakan yang pernah saya alami. Saya menginap di Studio Room dan meminta extra blanket daripada receptionist. Saya diminta tunggu, tetapi selepas hampir 2 jam langsung tiada update. Yang lebih mengecewakan, saya sendiri yang terpaksa pergi bertanya semula. Kalau pelanggan tak follow up, memang senyap macam tu sahaja ke? Saya juga mengambil pakej sarapan. Hari pertama ada sachet Nescafe disediakan. Hari kedua, bila saya bertanya kenapa tiada, staf hanya jawab "hari ini tak ada". Itu sahaja. Tiada permohonan maaf, tiada penerangan, dan tiada minuman alternatif diberikan. Jadi saya tertanya-tanya, apa sebenarnya yang saya bayar dalam pakej sarapan tersebut? Isunya bukan pada selimut atau Nescafe semata-mata. Isunya ialah cara layanan kepada pelanggan. Bila pelanggan meminta bantuan, tidak sepatutnya dibiarkan menunggu tanpa sebarang maklum balas. Bila kemudahan yang sebelum ini disediakan tiba-tiba tiada, sekurang-kurangnya berikan pengganti atau penjelasan yang munasabah. Hotel mungkin bajet, tetapi servis pelanggan tidak sepatutnya jadi bajet juga. Sangat kecewa dan saya tidak akan memilih hotel ini lagi pada masa akan datang.

Hotel location just suitable for my nearby visit to friend and shopping. Facilities type I will rate 4.5 out of 5 quite clean and quiet.

The location and cleanliness is good. Everything is fine with basic amenities except the aircond remote control has problem. After change it then Ok. The price could be lower then better as just stay overnight

I like it very much, Staff are so helpful and friendly 😀
