My stay was good, and the rooms were decent. The TV was not working, so a technician came to fix it, but it stopped working again after some time.

The location is easy to find and on the main road.. locality is good with food options and a mall.. amenities are provided as mentioned.. service is good and the staff is welcoming.. room is spacious but washroom is small ..the only thing i didn't like was the flooring was not done properly and was making creaking sound while walking around.

Even a good hotel like Clarks is slowly turning into being run shoddily. Room was dusty, bathrooms with stain and eerily, finding the last guests lingerie which was last straw. The food and the location is good.

It's value for money in prime location on main road in thoraipakkam area. Simple, clean and hygienic room. Room service good. Food good and wide vegetarian variety. Food was tasty. Service is slow though since few staff. Good for family stay at reasonable rates.

The hotel was good, but slightly away from city and marina. I chose this because of to get rid of the crowd. Rooms are decent, but still washrooms are not up to the mark. But overall a good stay
