Room and hotel is very clean. Breakfast is very good. Service is too bad. Took me 20min waiting time to get a table for breakfast. Service guy has given table at window in priority to local people which made waiting time even longer. Receptionist is slow and inexperienced. 20mins for checkout. And she even gave me the wrong invoice. A lot of construction site around the hotel.

I would definitely return here. Overall, very good value for money.   The breakfast daily and the staff were truly exceptional.  The room was good, everything worked and in-room dining that is 24/7, was excellent.  We arrived at 2am and the food, at that time, for famished travellers was truly appreciated. Thank you Holiday Inn.  You have excellent staff and hope you are valuing them.  Staff farewelled us on our last day!!   I did not give five stars for cleanliness as the toilet seats could/ should be cleaned better.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. The room is clean, and the upkeep is good. There is plenty of choice with relation to breakfast and other meal options. Room service is a little disappointing. I could never reach them, the line always went to reception and they had to connect me. Average wait time even for a simple pot of coffee is 30 minutes. Aside from this, I like my experience at Holiday Inn. I’ll choose to stay there in future too.

Room is very clean and front staff are very kind. The breakfast is very delicious beffet with indian food and some western food. Room rate is higher than other hotel but worth of it. I will stay again!

The hotel is in a wonderful location. All facilities are well maintained and preserved, especially the gym. All services are good. The restaurant on 3rd floor is the most thing that I like in this hotel. I really enjoyed all nights in Holiday Inn Chennai Hotel. Thank you.

The booking was not pleasant as we have mention that we wanted a non-smoking rooms but at the check-in we are told that smoking rooms was assigned. However holiday-inn team are great, even the hotel is booked at 100%, they are able to work something out and provide the non-smoking room. Booking via 訂房網站 is not 100% guarantee of the room that we wanted, thus please check with hotel each time booking is made, as 訂房網站 DOES NOT ensure anything as they mention this kind of request we will need to talk to the hotel directly since 訂房網站 does not have any access to talk to the hotel.

Overall, the stay was fine. Would appreciate it if the international food spread were to include Chinese food. Cleanliness of room could be improved further, especially the toilet. TV programs lack international channels (CNN, CNBC etc) Only ABC is available.
