Came here for a running competition, hotel was busy, however gave me a room overlooking the train track which was so loud, did not sleep at night as constantly making noise. I would request another room. Service was so bad on one day but then they sorted it.

I had a fantastic stay at the Royal Regency Hotel in Chennai. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the room was. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch.

This property is very good, location wise also very good, Food is amazing. The food quality of this hotel is fantastic (Breakfast Buffet). Service is also good. The room's interior needs to improve. The overall our experience is very nice. thanks to the chef for providing the amazing food.
