飯店位置很好，相較於其他市中心類似價位的飯店，這間裝潢跟設計新很多，住起來也很舒服。 早餐西式印度式皆有，口味不錯。 飯店接待與清潔人員服務態度也很優良。 唯一可以挑剔的是床的彈簧舊了點，但不致影響睡眠品質。

Checkin 過程算是蠻順利的，但是可能一次進門的人太多，有點忙不過來，但感受上還算可以接受。但沒有迎賓飲料，本來預期同樣是五星飯店會有但沒有得到有點驚訝。 房間非常好，很整齊很大，整理得很乾淨，給我們的房間可以俯視泳池，很喜歡，比起河邊的景色，更喜歡看游泳池畔。美中不足的是沒有足夠熱的洗澡水，看了很久的熱水才有稍微溫暖一點的供水，這部份的設施需要再改善。 早餐種類不多，但是蠻好吃的，如果想要蛋類可以直接到現做的地方點，我們也點了一個pancake滿不錯的。 因為入住的時候有工作沒辦法馬上去游泳，想說等隔天再去，結果吃完早飯後，看到他們在清理泳池，說要等12點才能游泳，但我們的退房時間是12點，所以就完美錯過了，覺得蠻可惜的。

We felt super welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we alighted our transport from the airport. The staff were all pleasant and warm, making the stay really comfortable and cosy. Room was comfortably sized and clean, toilet was also clean. There were many channels to watch on the TV. Breakfast was great, we especially loved the live stations where we can order dosa and scrambled eggs. Loved the chai.  Our room was also facing the river and we could raptor watch quite close from our window! Super exciting watching Black Kites swooping around.  The only down side is that soundproofing wasn’t the best and amenities look a little aged, but we aren’t too bothered and still enjoyed our stay. Thank you Radisson front desk and housekeeping staff!

My kids give ratings for 4/10, why issued single room key? Why no water battle service poor?no local tv channel until I request? The entrance reception is not a good atmosphere.. only breakfast is okay .. too expensive service is low!!, $160 worth it??😔

Great hotel with gret offer price. For £40 per day for 2 people. Its great for this kind of hotel. Tasty food. Great breakfast.

Good thing about it’s location if someone need to access the Chennai railway station. Hotel is clean and I got upgraded to bigger room . Swimming pool is small but very clean . Breakfast selections was very good . Hotel stuffs are very friendly. Only thing which I didn’t liked at all was the Dinner at their one of the restaurants by name some “ Kebab “ ( exact name can’t remember) . Food for vegetarian was approx INR 2200 + ( I got although 15% discount as hotel guest ) , but food was terrible to me , despite of giving immediate feedback, still no one understood my taste & preferences, I have also gave poor reviews on the spot to the restaurant manager … I would give 2/10 to that particular kebab restaurant but other than that would give 8.5/10 other things
