Have stayed here before. But it was terrible this time around. Bed/pillows... guaranteed to give you severe neck pains and headaches as an added bonus. Clogging in bathroom. Worst breakfast quality. All cold and dry. Might be tempted to think that it could be leftovers. They used to have live counters earlier. Missing now. Atleast would have been assured of fresh stuff. No wonder the occupancy levels seemed to be non existent. Was told to order from Swiggy when asked for room service. And not to mention the over worked staff whom seem to vent their frustration on customers checking in.

This hotel does not have a restaurant, they don’t inform you , last minute you are left to run around arrange your own food. You are charging 5000/- approx for such a place where breakfast is being arranged from a god forsaken place and not inside. No service people ! I have paid for two days to you and vacated in one day , loosing money for one night. Useless hotel. If you have courtesy then refund my money !

service is so slow. They take two hours to bring 2 cups after calling 3 times.
f&b standards are unhygienic. found cockroaches near the breakfast buffet. I don't know how the food standards agencies are not inspecting these kinds of hotels.
not at all worth the money spent on this stay.

This was the first time I stayed here and I must say I was totally unsatisfied.
Firstly when I checked in there was no milk powder for preparing tea. Secondly there was only one coffee for two of us. They promised to bring one more cup but it did not happen.
The complimentary breakfast was very average on day 1.
On the second day it was very bad, when we asked why the poori was bad, we were shocked with the reply. The waiter said the food was coming from outside and not prepared in house.
Sheer waste of money. I will not recommend this to anybody.

2. Poor housekeeping delivery
3. Mosquitoes in the room
4. Poor lightings - Not bright in the room
5. Poor Food distribution as per the rate for the buffet
6. Confused staff - I pre paid for dinner buffet but the guy comes n say I have yo pay. I said it's pre paid. then he again checked with reception and got the sheet corrected. Poor coordination.
Not worth the price I have paid. NOT Satisfied.

Issue Starting from check in until check out. No clue on my booking status with front desk. Except a lady in the desk everybody busy in their phones without attending the guest. Needed to change the rooms two due to smelly bathroom and unchanged bed lines. No wifi throughout stay - no use of complaint the issue. Below average break fast and some of the staff in the breakfast seems immature in handling guests. Its a frustrating experience for the money spent. Wont recommend again.

review of hotel shabari – room 502 staying at hotel shabari was one of the most distressing experiences i’ve had as a single business traveler. the ordeal began right at check-in, with an unreasonably long wait at the reception. multiple customers, including myself, were left waiting for hours before being attended to. to make matters worse, i was handed keys meant for another customer, showcasing the hotel’s lack of basic organization. the room itself was far from habitable. there was no water provided, and despite repeated attempts to contact housekeeping, no one answered. i had to personally walk to the reception to request a bottle of water. the lack of hot water was yet another inconvenience, and to my horror, the room was crawling with cockroaches—completely unhygienic and unacceptable. however, the most terrifying part of my stay occurred post-midnight when a staff member unlocked my door using a master key and entered the room without knocking. he left abruptly, but the damage was done—i was utterly shaken. the reception later claimed it was a mistake due to an incorrect room allocation, but such negligence is inexcusable, especially for a single female traveler. to add to the chaos, there was no duty manager available to address these issues. the complete lack of accountability and security makes this hotel unsafe for anyone, especially women traveling alone. this experience was not just disappointing but deeply agonizing. i strongly advise others to avoid hotel shabari for their own safety and peace of mind.

The room service is non existent. No reply, no response and no service too. After complaints, someone arrived to take orders. But had no idea what was available.

Very worst breakfast ,only three items are there taste was also not good I take deluxe room it was also poor nasty smell coming in bathroom,room price is very very high.
