The Rooms are nice and clean. But the staff or rather the reception isnt. They LIE to you on your face and make your stay worst. They will cut your internet whenever they want and will tell you that its an issue. Bad thing about that was they said it to an IT professional, and when i caught them instead of being apologetic they will start ignoring you more. DONT VISIT IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE

I have requested a early breakfast for my family at 5 to 5.30am like toast and fruits.i have requested while booking and also while checking my family request the same thing twice in reception and they make a note and told at 5am you can pick up your breakfast at reception. Next day my family reached reception for food The front end staff told us we were not aware of this order.

The hotel infrastructure and rooms had been quiet decent , but the ro service is not up to the mark. Very late service and the room amenities like electric kettle had also been provided Broken

The rooms were not clean. Lots of dust below beds. Supply of mats in bathroom missing. These should be in place. Lots of cigarettes smell in my room

coperative front desk staffs , senior citizen n disabled friendly facility , housekeeping staffs are little slow to their work . complimentary breakfast was good , but same repeated menu in breakfast for my 3 days stay overall good

Good stay but i have been giving feedback twixe earlier, there should be a change in the breakfast menu.. almost same food everyday which literally boring. Hoping to see goodd varaities in coming visits...

Property location is very convenient. Food was very good but room service was not upto the mark. Time taken for room service require improvements. Amenities were worth the money one is charged. Reception staff were cordial, helpful and accommodative to the request made. Over all good hotel for the price charged and would recommend and prefer to stay in this very hotel on my next visit to the Chennai. Excellent location, very good amenities, food is good but room service require improvement. Reception staff is cooperative and cordial. Overall worth the price paid and recommended to others to try atleast once to feel the difference and worth of comments written over here
