The room was not clean at all😓. The room was full of dust in a good way. The bathroom was the same. If you call the front desk, you won't get it. We have to go there. It's difficult to get the staff. Very bad experience. I booked for two days and had to check out in one day

The room is okay but the hotel is not well maintained we had a bad experience with the key which broke as soon as we inserted it into the lock and we had to pay extra, the showers and taps look old and dirty and are completely rusted

Subpar management. Took one hour to give us our room keys. Even then gave us keys for the wrong room. Poor room service. Hotel location and cleanliness is good

I checked in at 1 am and left the hotel at 2 am They had ned bugs all over the room not only in 1 room but I changed 4 rooms and all had bed bugs… pathetic hotel I want my total refund… I have not stayed at that hotel and had harassment separately at night Look into this matter immediately …
