    服務熱情，進門幫忙拿行李開門，各種問候。早餐質量高，可以單點🥚雞蛋，雞蛋卷，Dosa煎餅，咖啡☕️和紅茶☕️等。服務一流，比國內的酒店服務意識強。酒店環境優美，有戶外游泳池，還有健身房和SPA。置身酒店花園有在東南亞度假的感覺。房間裡拖鞋、洗漱用品、瓶裝水、熱水壺、吹風機，能想到的東西都有，另外還有中國電源插頭，很方便。 酒店距離Chennai機場很近，但房間聽不見飛機噪音，可預訂接送機服務。

    We stayed at Trident for 2 nights. They added an extra bed for our child, so the room was very comfortable. Rooms are solid, there are some flaws, and they are not new, but the hotel is excellent, and the service is extraordinary. Breakfast is a must, don't skip it as it is wonderful.

    Just stayed overnight in this hotel. The location is very close to the airport so perfect for travellers who need to take flights. Hotel room is a bit small but overall quite clean. Breakfast is not included in my room. Breakfast quality is decent.
