Respect 🫡 Cleanliness salute 🫡 Service salute 🫡 Food taste yummy 😋 Close to airport and on main road the hotel located I prefer this is the best in Chennai pls stay and experience this lovely feeling as me .. Our stay at Hotel Trident Chennai was, overall, impeccable—from the seamless airport pick-up to the drop-off. We booked two rooms and were initially allocated rooms on the same floor, which was convenient. Later, we were offered the option to move closer to each other, which we appreciated. The staff, from housekeeping to the restaurant and reception, were consistently friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. It’s this level of service that keeps me returning to Oberoi and Trident properties. However, there was one incident involving in room dining services during checkout that left me a little disappointed. The staff member handling the situation initially seemed dismissive, which added to the frustration. While the team eventually resolved the issue and prepared something last-minute. This miscommunication and lack of follow-through were unexpected and put a dent in an otherwise flawless stay. In summary, Hotel Trident Chennai continues to deliver exceptional service, and the staff’s dedication is commendable. However, the breakfast mix-up during checkout was a letdown and something the hotel should address to ensure such oversights don’t happen in the future. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel and look forward to returning, hoping for a more consistent experience next time.
