Room not allotted to me, they told that request has come from make my 訂房網站 but we have not accepted. I returned from that hotel at midnight night with my wife. I paid the amount but not got the room, how to trust make my 訂房網站 for further flight and hotel bookings. Immediately refund the amount i paid for sarovar inn room booking

Up on arrival qt tge hotel the person at the front desk told the rooms are full. Aftrr waiting for some time sone one vacated the room. Then only he allotted the room and telling that you are lucky. Surprise to observe that how can a prepaid full amout room can be allotted to some one else, telling no rooms upon arrival and telling you are lucky

Only positive point is it is near to railway station. Other than that it is a old building, with not so good facilities. No lift, no proper ac maintainance, open terrace next to room, not cleaned doors and windows, no geyser.
