The facilities inside the room we're bad. The shower and flush did not work and we had to repeatedly call the reception to fix it. Also they charge unreasonably high rates for even an hour of late checkout. The reception was rude and not understanding at all. While instagram might hype up the place it isn't worth the bucks. Please find a better place to live.

I booked the hotel for family, which includes 2 adult and 2 children. When i checked in, i was asked to pay for extra bed. The breakfast was below average. Location wise, i struggled to check in/out with my luggage.

Lift was not working for 2days & had a horrific time climbing the stairs with bag & baggage during check out which too was not maintained properly & unhygienic despite knowing the customers will be using it when lift is out of order.
