Somany in the bed we could not able to sleep properly that night. yes, the hotel staff changed our room at 1 am but there was a bug fear we were not able to sleep.

Hotel amenities were average, the toilet facilities were not good even the toilet seat was damaged. The complementary breakfast was good but the service was not that much appreciable. With this rate the room sizes are very small

Tv and telephone was not working, they change my room but still tv was not working in room. If we book room with breakfast lunch/dinner they charge 1000 + taxes extra but they provide lunch/dinner worth of rs 200 only. They purchase lunch/dinner from outside and amount above 200 they charge extra. I also call regarding that but they told this is hotel internal policy we cannot do anything on this matter.

The location is good , and the property is good, but they need to improve the hygiene in room ,bed quality is very poor , and I hope they improve it. Thank you

The rooms were not cleaned properly and the air inside was smelling. Bedsheets were stained and washroom's condition was very poor. Even the cupboards were not clean.

Good part is hotel location is good for metro to airport and for tirupati bus tour and safety wise. Hotel gave me 48hr stay which is be very good but room quality was ok ok due to bad smell and fan regulator not working

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! the staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The comfortable bed and quiet surroundings provided a restful night's sleep. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city, and the delicious on-site dining options were a bonus. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel for a great stay experience.
