褐星精品酒店 (Brownstar Boutique Hotel)

on the day of arrival i gave my passport information and other relevant details, later the person who was in the checkout came and wanted to take photo of my passport and said he forgot to take a copy and took photo of my passport on his personal phone i believe. i stayed two days, on the second day morning when i left, i said i need room service but nothing happened. on the first day, i wanted some water during the night time, so i went down and asked on of the staff at reception, he was talking something in hindi and he didnt understand what I was asking in english and i couldn't understand. later he called someone else he is also hindi speaking person. I asked him i need some water as its night time and I couldn't find any shop near by to get some water, he said no water and they will only provide during the room service. As i was only staying there for sleep, the hotel was fine for sleeping but most of the staffs are not very friendly. lady at the reception and the security person were seems to be kind and understood my situation and gave some assurance.

It's the perfect place to stay if you have exam at exam @ pro-metric centre. It's the closest hotel to centennial square building. Ambience is good with nice south indian complimentary breakfast. Overall i had a nice stay.

Browns-tar boutique property was below average, complete mismatch b/w price and facility. Thank you.

I reached an hour before, and the receptionist asked me to pay 500 rs extra. I was ok with it, but he said, no bill would be provided for that, because of which i said no. So i had to wait until it was 12. The washroom doesn't have a hand washer. They give old school soap and poor quality shampoo. Food was good, but breakfast area was too small and conjusted. Because the toilet does not contain a holder to hang clothes

Too expensive for the quality of the room they provided. Ac was not working properly, hot water was not hot at all. Breakfast was mediocre.

All staff and room service was excellent. We feel like we are in our own home. All facilities are extended in spite of heavy rains and cyclone out side. I recommend my friends to stay here for 100 percent safe and comfort.

Rooms were small, cleanliness was not up to the mark. Room service closes at 10pm. Breakfast variety was satisfactory

Close to pro-metric testing center & good restaurants nearby, decent hotel. Good southindian breakfast.

Very good place to comfort stay hygienic food and room service.
