Location is good, rooms are not worth the money. Very small, no hot water and no wifi. Charged extra 1000 for just 3 hr early checking.

Staff excellent. Specially that boy on reception counter in the night is very helpful and good. Lights there is no backup of generator they have to run manually. And as of 20-09-2024 in night lights gone 7 - 8 times from 3am to 4. 30am which is horrible experience. Hot water in morning is also coming late

1 shower issue 2. Water issue 3. In super deluxe room no tea tray 4. Lack of manpower 5. No service in room 6. We need to beg hotel then offer things 7. Soap and shampoo is also not good

I didn't like the way they received us, and they were not talking politely. For room cleaning, they were not changing the bedsheets; they were just reversing the old ones.

This hotel should not be called a hotel. It is worse than a lodge. There are multiple issues with this hotel. 1. Bedsheets and pillow covers are not washed properly/not washed at all. 2. Please note that free lunch/dinner is not "free" in this hotel. They just give a credit of 250- per meal. 3. There is no proper hot water provision in this hotel. When asked for hot water, they gave us lukewarm water in separate buckets.

Entered the room with couple of cockroaches 🪳 welcoming us. Bed sheets and blankets are stained, toilet smell was terrible, no phone directory to call anyone to ask for help. Only one Dirty and stained towel, breakfast, few left over idlies, 2 vadas kept open with flies all around. Juice jar with flies sitting around the jar. Overall worst ever experience.

Hotel's location is good a bit away from the road junction. So you are saved from noisy traffic. Choice of veg/non veg restaurant's near by. Rooms are totally different from the pictures mentioned in the site. Walls are dirty, found some roaches here and there ) television is there but cable has been unsubscribed due to non payment. When asked they said we will look in to it, and never got it fixed. Kettle/ glass wasn't there on check in, they provide only when asked. To and fro commute from the hotel is hectic as there is on going metro construction around the hotel. Finally the best thing is that the reception guys are polite and gentle while dealing but unfortunately they never addressed my requests / concern.
