Room is not clean including bed spread, towel. It looked like a hostel. Not hotel and i am not sure how it is considered as 3 star hotel in google

Very very bad rooms, room not cleaned and washroom also. Room bad smell, cockroach smell heavy. Totally very very bad property. Very poor service, lift not worked.

I stayed in a King Executive Room at the [Dolphin park] from [31 -dec] to [01-jan]. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. I especially liked the [ view from balcony]. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

I stayed only for 3 hours , the place was easy to find, but the room was low on maintenance. The staff is helpful too.

I had an overall pleasant experience with the hotel, but my booking through makemy訂房網站 was highly disappointing. Despite requesting early check-in during the booking process, i was informed at the hotel that check-in would only be allowed after 12 pm unless i paid an additional charge. This was not clearly mentioned during the booking process, causing unnecessary inconvenience, wasted time, and additional expense. Upon contacting customer care, i was told it was mentioned, but the lack of clarity has left me frustrated. While the hotel service was excellent, my experience with makemy訂房網站 has been very poor.
