繽旅快捷喬伊斯酒店 (Hotel Joyce)

Very good location near Chennai Central Station. The check in was painful as the owner didn't want to honur the price I paid through 訂房網站.com, which he deemed too low. Finally with help from 訂房網站.com customer service, I got a room. The room was spacious, but its cleanliness could be improved. The beddings were fresh and clean though. Wifi was quite weak in room. Overall, I do not recommend Hotel Joyce for the time you are likely to waste at check in.

직원은 매우 불친절하고, 영어소통이 잘 안됩니다. 숙소에 도착하니 나의 방은 캔슬되었다며 나가라고 합니다. 부킹한 것을 보여주고 몇번을 말해 겨우 방키를 받았다. 방에는 수건도 없었고 곰팡이가 많은 방컨디션. 그리고 조식도 사이트 사진과 다르게 식당이 없어서 방으로 밖에서 사온 길거리음식을 주면서 매우 불친절하게 행동해서 바로 다른 호텔로 옮겨갔습니다. 최악을 경험하려면 이 호텔을 부킹하세요

horrible experience, dirty room & toilet. no towel given. no room service. no telephone. cable had only tamil channels

it's a decent place to stay if you book a.c room. unfortunately i booked a non a.c room so it was not that good.

Check-in and check-out was smooth. Room was good ) had excellent wifi connection! bathroom was fine. Unfortunately, the mobile phone had zero reception. Had to go near the stairs to make calls. Need some improvement regarding these factors

Room was very small and full of insects, mosquitos and bugs. No ventilation and no way for natural light. Think well before choosing this hotel

The room size was too small. The same for the toilet. However, it was clean. The bedsheet and the pillow cover were clean. The regulator of the fan was broken so couldn't be adjusted. The reception fellow was quite indifferent in response and lack warmth and hospitality. Booking makes them miserable and sad. It seems they prefer direct entry visitors. Twice you have to ask for providing a towel, though a small soap was provided. The best part of the property is its accessibility to chennai central and egmore. The main is 50 meters and it helps to avail cab bus and auto facilities easily. Tea shop is just opposite to the hotel. Good for a solo traveller who does not bother much about cleanliness, comfort and luxury. Apt for a night stay and leaving early morning. Nobody will escort you to the room. Carry your own luggage with the room keys. Wifi was available.

The hotel location is good. Room facilities are ok. Friendly staff. But the clearness of the room & bathroom are very poor.

Very dirty room, not sleeping overnight because of mosquitoes, i will not come this hotel again. Very bad experience
