For my first 訂房網站 to India, this hotel was absolutely amazing! Honestly, the hospitality here was the best ever. The staff constantly checked in, asking if we needed anything, especially during breakfast. It was so helpful and made our stay really enjoyable! I'm definitely booking here again if I come back to Chennai.

Facilities are good and front desk so helping with their need and they are so kind.

There was a lot of things wrong happened here. First the service phone in the room was not working. I booked 2 rooms for 4 people and there was only one dental kit in each bathroom. Only one pair of room slippers were given for each room. No floormats were given for the toilet. There was a lot of ammenities that was not given for both the rooms and we had to call and request for it. Staffs were friendly and good but lack in a lot of training. Rooms were not cleaaned when we came back in the evening. I had called them to send in chilled complimentary water because the fridge was also warm in the room but they gave us a mineral water bottle and charged us for that. Breakfast was said to start at 6.30am and thats how we have planned the day but then as we arrived at the first floor at 6.35am food was not ready and it was ready only at 7.13am. Plans had to be pushed back due to that. Even as the first customer at the dining area, eggs and dosa that was requested took 30 minutes. There was a good variety of the food in the buffet area that caters for both veg and non veg but there were some foods that were undercooked. Food in the buffet was always run out as well. Due to unforseen circumstances I had to extend my stay but I don’t think its a place I would recommend or come agin as for the Marriots brand, I expected better than this.

Room was small and not having good vibes. Also, no much option during the dinner. Also, quality if food was not good.

The booking was done for Kings Bed and Breakfast for two. I was given a Queens Bed room and denied breakfast until I showed the booking confirmation from Trip. The room was an interconnected one that there was no study table and even a whisper could be heard. Someone was snoring away to glory on 17th night that we couldnt sleep properly, which prompted me for a change of room. They gave me 314 room no. which again was a queens bed. upon enquiry the hotel staff Benison told me that all their rooms are only Queens bed. I feel that 訂房網站 cheated me with false information. I plan to file a complaint with the consumer court seeking remedy. This is not done.

Pleasant stay. Pillow had some weird smell. But otherwise this were ok.
