Room cleanliness is bad , most plug points were spoilt and there some lights not working too , we came in late and had no choice to make do as we were so tired to change room , I will never stay here again

This hotel was under renovation and when I entered the hotel room, some of the basic amenities were not available such as water bottles and soap. I had to call the reception to provide these things to my room. Also the carpet on the third floor didn’t look clean and tidy.

Firstly after reaching we find, one room AC is properly working and the other room touching the first room, AC was not working that too they have centralized connection. other than that they have no fan in any room, atleast in the Chennai climate hotel should have fan or they shall arrange any table fan. Then after complaining they told to wait 20 mins., we are working on it and AC will start getting cool. But after more than 1 hour, it was in same condition. Then after repeated complain, the same reply came from them. Then we have requested to change the room and it took them 3 to 4 hours to change. Again after changing the room, there was problem in bathroom. The flush tank was not working, water was not coming in commode.We were 5 members in 2 rooms so we have used the other room bathroom even at midnight. Again the complimentary breakfast was not upto the standard of the rate you are charging. So overall our stay for 1 night was pathetic and horrible and I won't recommend anybody for Hotel Abu Palace and will give 0 marks out of 10 to this hotel. It was not even a ₹1000 hotel

AC not working properly. water leakage in bathroom,flash not working. Lifts not working properly. Breakfast is not that good. only South Indian dishes that too Idli and Dosa. The staff is good but management needs to think twice before continuing this hotel

Never suggest anyone to stay. terrible Stay. untrained staff . Cockroaches are roaming in the room . On asking staff said sir renovation is going on so no service. even changed room at 1 am in mid night . worst exp in Chennai

Sorry you have not sent my refund as agreed by your officer on the issue of checking in on 31 st march to 2nd April at Ambassador pallava due to reasons local ID is not accepted. I spoked with your officer at your end and nothing is done. So you are a cheater and why should I deal with you in future. I will post this international level.

Worst rooms , rooms are totally bad smell, service wise good , but very worst room , maintenance are going now. They didn’t provide basic things like soap dental kid like that.

Hotel Abu Palace is under renovation, you must not book rooms for the above reasons. Construction sound is terrible since morning 10 AM till evening. Facilities provided is not at par.

I'm disappointed with the hotel's facilities as a whole . The bed linens and towels are of low quality, and there are problems with the electrical connections. I had to move to a different room there also same issues, The hotel is very old so I can't recommend it to anyone. Kindly depute a person from your side to visit the hotel and it's facilities forthwith
