Very bad service. They do know to how serve with customer on hotel industry. Argue with me and misbehave with me when my senior office staff wants to visit but thy not allowed.

No dedicated parking. No restaurant. Service poor. Ordered breakfast and not delivered even after one hour. The staff was rude. Not suitable for decent guys. It's just a dormitory stuff. Avoid if you're not travel-ling by bus.

And we reached early one hour before time they asked one day rate it’s totally unfair and later he said to pay 1000 we came by far from chennai not even helping mind. They full of money minded

Room was ok with basic amenities. Good service. Advantage of being in central location was able to move to places using bus, auto, metro or cab.

It's good location if have planing business 訂房網站 as this property located at omni bus stop & you may not need to pay or auto charges only for pick & drop from bus. Local conveyance is easily accessible as it's located at bus stand. Rooms are small, but adequate for business 訂房網站. Chairs are not tidy & may need to upgrade or may be cleaned well to use. It's not advisable to stay with family as locality is poor & badly maintained. Early check in charged 500 inr by reception counter, inspite of early check in requested in my mm t booking app and paid 125 inr extra.

Manager shankar and prakash was very helpful. Hotel property is very poor. I stayed cause i had no other option available.

1. The fan only runs at 5. If you try to change it to 4, 3, 2 or 1, it stops. 2. The centralised ac was very insufficient. 3. The breakfast (for which we paid ***** with the room rent) was very bad. We had to go out for breakfast, from the second day. 4. The place is totally unfit for family guests.

At balaji residency, staff was good and cooperative, i stayed there from 22nd march to 25th march, rooms are clean, washroom ok, but some worms keep on coming in bathroom, which disturbed a lot rest is ok
