房間衞生環境都還可以，畢竟這個價錢也不高，離機場也比較近，適合轉機休息

Staff members were fine, no issues with them. It’s close to the airport. However, the rooms are not clean at all. They really need to mop the floors(hairs and dead bugs), clean the blankets property and replace the pillow with holes….. thats really disgusting :( The hotel price is low but I wouldn’t stay again looking at the hygiene and pay rather more to sleep in a cleaner hotel.

The room was not designed properly from a family perspective. 2 single beds together and 1 bed were separately placed in the confined space. The AC was not feeling inside this confined space, where 1 ceiling fan was there and sounded very noisy in that area.

Location is just 3 to 4 km from chennai airport. So, best for early morning flights reach out. Hotel is located in narrow street and there is no good restaurant nearby. You have to depend on their menu what they bring from outside because they have no own restaurant. Only they can provide tea and coffee. I have booked 2 rooms. One 2 bed and another 3 bed. Rooms are very small in size and there are spots on walls also. One bed cover was spotted with some redish/blood like colour. Though they had changed it when complaint. No,lift and not spacious. Staff are good behavior and cooperative.

when given hotel room it was smelling with cockroach spray, so asked for different room, the room I stayed in, it had torn bedsheet, found dead cockroach in morning near table, location is also okay, no restaurant nearby will have to order food from this hotel only, I asked for discount for this unpleasant experience of stay, the staff person would not listen and did not even call manager about complaint even if I had asked, and made me pay full for food ordered as well, although some staff person were supportive and helpful.
