I visited this place for the third time. The last two times were good, but this time was quite disappointing. The curtains were broken, and the bed was not clean at all. The balcony door wouldn’t close properly. When we ordered food, it was delayed by an hour. When we called to follow up, they had completely forgotten about the order and had to take it again. There was also a major issue with water bottles we weren’t receiving them on time despite repeated requests. When we asked the receptionist whether the property was fully booked, she said no. So we couldn’t understand why everything was taking so long. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience not at all worth the money

We booked premium sea view room only for the sea view. But sea was hidden with full of trees, we couldn't even see the see. We re very much disappointed. There is so much difference in cost. If this is known before we don't even book this sea view. Room was also not as expected. It is very compact and the worst things is TV is not opposite to the bed. Mostly rooms will only have TV with bed where we can watch by lying in bed. That was also very much disappointed.. Worst experience ever. Ill never suggest this to anyone.

Property , Food was Ok. But faced AC issue in the room we stayed.. Multiple times same issue cropped during our stay especially during night and disturbed our sleep. After multiple complaints room got changed.. Which was not the experience looked upon from a 4 star property

It was a great stay ! Specially Mr.Muthu was very cordial and helpful . Got us a nice cake for anniversary and also got room decor done !! Definitely a great experience )!

Nice and clean room with all facilities. Location is good. Food taste is good but quantity is less, also costly. No facilities provided in beach, not even chairs to sit and relax!!. It is not looking like private beach. Needs lot of improvement in beach front. Hope hotel management look into this seriously.
