Excellent family 訂房網站 very reasonably priced and very comfortable. good location too. This is our third 訂房網站.

The room was good, clean. The linens were very clean. The floor was also very clean and well maintained. But we could not get hot water and could not take bath. Numerous calls to reception for hot water were not heeded. I had stayed here many times before, this is the first time this is happening

Whole room interior and aesthetic was Mantained. But one of room lights were not working and shower curtains were hanging on top of the rod rather than being in the rod.

The toilet was not cleaned then i asked cleaner to clean and i book standard room with 1 deluxe bed but they gave 2 seperate bed

The rooms were clean and the 1st floor was very clean. The linen was also very clean. It is real value for money. Near to OMR but silent atmosphere with greenery of Chandrasekaran Avenue

location find easy but service very worst, amenities also not good ...staffs also behaving very worst.. Ac and fan also not working .don't choose this hotel .if your choose this hotel you get worst experience

It was good hotel, just a little difficult to find the hotel as the main entrance is not as marked on the google maps,the desk manager and the helper though was very very nice to us.

The location was easy to find, and the room was spacious enough to move around comfortably. It is well situated within the city, making it convenient. The food was good, but the buffet area where food was being served was under construction during our stay. However, the room service was not up to the mark. Issue #1: I called the reception to request water, but they asked me to come and collect it myself. If Drizzle Drop Inn advertises room service as part of its amenities, they should be able to provide basic services like delivering water when requested. Issue #2: The bedsheet provided had stains, so I requested a fresh one. The reception said there was no one available to assist at the moment and that it would be changed in the evening. However, when we returned to the room at night, the same stained sheet was still there. Drizzle Drop Inn claims to offer 24-hour room service, but based on this experience, it was not honored properly. If they are unable to provide round-the-clock service, it would be better to remove it from their amenities list.

Just okay okay if the only purpose is business travel at low cost. Wouldn't suggest for personal stay if travel-ling for holidays. Breakfast taste was okay but no variety was there. They are still building/renovating the ground floor and 5th floor cafeteria of the property. The reception staff was not very customer friendly. Rakesh at cafeteria was very helpful and made my breakfast a good experience. No dental kit in the room and the cups were not clean only 1 litre water is given.
