We booked 1 entire apartment and one more room. Wash room is good. Room is also good. And some times ac is not working properly

The location was accessible from the main road although surroundings were not so clean. Clean room and ambience was good. The staff was helpful.

The place, cleanliness, food and service is all excellent. My only negative point is that the caretakers close by 11pm. It's locked after 10pm, so if i go outside make sure you are back by 10. 30pm max.

The stay was unpleasant. No parking available and my car got damaged parking outside. Lift was not operated despite i told them that there is difficulty for my senior parents. We had to checkout a day before as my parents were unable to climb stairs. Most times they keep the gates closed and we had to wait for the gate to open for coming in or going out. No one was at the reception and we had to call them each time and wait for long hours. Overall - disappointing stay
