Room was good with a balcony...it was pleasant stay Bathroom were nicely cleaned provided with shower get and toothbrush set.. Hotel also contains a budget frendly restaurant..

As a frequent traveler, I’ve never encountered such poor service and lack of professionalism. This hotel clearly falls short of the standards expected, and I would caution anyone considering staying here. I understand things can go wrong, but what’s worse is the complete disrespect for customer and failure to resolve the situation appropriately. I will not be returning to this hotel and strongly recommend others consider alternatives when booking in this area.

I had an awesome experience during my stay. The room was neat and clean, creating a comfortable and pleasant environment. I had a very good time and truly enjoyed my visit. Would definitely recommend!

The staff was extremely rude and had a money making approach. I reached the venue at 6 am in the morning on the day of stay and wanted to wait in the waiting area till 9 am until i had to leave for work, but they didn't allow me to wait and asked me to leave or take a room and wait. The room was average and the food was below average.

Location is good Easily approachable from Central station. Food is bad we have ordered paneer 65 and it was rubbery and the coating was like cement. Not tasty at all and very hard to chew. Front desk people could be more friendly
