The staff was very nice and cooperative,they made sure that we were comfortable. The room was also very good and clean, they even gave us a late check out. The room service also incredible. another benefit was it was near to railway station. It was excellent,the staff was very nice and helping,they even gave us a late check out and gave us info about nearby tourist places.The room service was also incredible,the rooms were very neat and clean. This was my second time stay in this property. Booked via MMT. Location is superb and very close to Chennai Central railway station, just opposite to Railway parcel office. If you exit the station from backside of platform 1 through the parcel booking office gate, you can easily spot the hotel just on the opposite side of the road. Hospitality and service was outstanding. Wifi was superb. AC was working fine. Rooms, washroom extremely clean. Staffs are very courteous and cooperative. The best part was customer satisfaction is their topmost priority. Checkout time is 12:00 PM. As my flight was rescheduled by 5 hours to 09:10 PM, I asked for an extended stay for a few hours. The manager was extremely humble and granted me an extended grace stay for 04 hours and that with no extra charges. Such generosity and courteousness is really commendable and I'll promptly recommend this hotel for those coming to Chennai.

Location is very good center to every place near central, property is very good neat and clean, good for this price range. Only draw back is not getting gst invoice at the time of checkout

It is a really good hotel. I would have given 5/5 but during my stay they had some problems with the WIFI and it was fluctuating. So I will give the overall experience a 4.8/5

A short stay. No restaurant on premises. Not many good food options in the neighbourhood. Very courteous and helpful staff
