it is nothing like the photographs . Intercoms not working, rooms are small and bed sheets not clean. Moaquitos in room. Breakfast was hopeless. Not worth staying at all.

Very bad Smells in room, bedsheets was not clean, unhygienic, Mosquito in the room, when I complained to owner, then he denied yo shift the room. Never recommend to anyone to saty at this property.

Location is great, I had dinner option but it wasn’t cooked and ordered from a2b, room didn’t had clean bed sheets, was provided only normal water and no water bottles, nothing was available in the room such as kettle, tea coffee etc , only one Towel was provided nothing else. Breakfast was buffet which had idli and tea/coffee. Still ok for night stay. US embassy is 3km and autos are available. If your purpose is to visit US embassy then please keep all electronic items including mobile at hotel only. No storage option Chennai embassy.

Rooms were very dirty . Staff were very few and services were almost nil Breakfast was very mediocre. Even if you stay don't opt for breakfast.

I have early check-in. The room size is very small and smells very bad. Mosquito in the room.

Location not easy to identify. It's inside a theatre complex. Had a horrible night .room was full of mosquitoes.dirty ceiling . Just normal lodge class room. Bedsheets didn't look fresh , looking used. Even after requesting they did not change it. Not provided even water bottle. Gave water in a jug. Deluxe room didn't have a kettle , dental kit etc. No restaurant. Breakfast was very poor with just 2 items . No juice .No egg. Just idly and Upma. That also got over even before the cut off time. Overall unsatisfactory.

This property is rundown and the rooms were not maintained properly. Even the bed linens are not changed, not even a bottle of water is kept, ac remote was not working. For the cost they are changing there are much better property available in the locality. Cost is too high for the kind of room, which i got.

This is the worst property the room was stinking , bathrooms were very bad ,no room cleaning service , when i asked them to clean my room they told this not a 5 star hotel to clean the room , and worst part is their is no signal in the room , when complained no one even cares. very bad experience ,if you wosh for a pleasant stay please don’t book here
