I checked into the hotel at 5 PM, only to find that my room was still not ready. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely disregarded. The staff pretended to offer an upgrade to a suite, but in reality, they simply asked me to wait there until any room became available—without giving any clear timeline. Extremely disappointed with the service and would highly not recommend this hotel

Actually they provided 2 water bottles after that we have asked for bottles they charged for that and when we booked the room they mentioned that they will provide rupees 500worth compliments. But they didn't. This was a big disappointment. What about your review

I would never stay there again. First of all, i was hit on in my own dam room. On my 3rd day, with a cold and feeling terrible, i had no internet in my room and nothing was done about it and if that wasn't bad enough, the boy who hit on me the first day was asked repeatedly for coffee for hours and never got it. So i complained to the front desk just to be told to go out at night doen the street for coffee. I had so much work to do all night and had to get work done, so i looked at the front desk clerk and scowled at him, and in my socks, i went out to get coffee. I was almost assaulted on my way back, and the front desk clerk had the audacity to ask if i got my coffee. I was so angry and unprotected and felt it was not safe there for me that i packed my things and left. I run a us business and also need internet. I was assaulted in your hotel and outside your hotel. So i will be blasting it all over the internet if i don't get a full refund for my stay there. I am a single woman who should have felt welcomed and safe. Upon my leaving, they tried to say i owed them money for food i paid for. I only signed a receipt for 25 rupees but they said i owed 530 rupees. Ao the cash i paid once for, they had to have pocketed. You have some real bad seeds there at your hotwl and would never recommend it there.

Stayed for a night, room was clean and tidy. But the people managing the property lacked common sense. In the middle of the night around 12:15, they kept ringing the room bell back to back, we were scared for a while, they asked us to move the car from the parking( they made us park initially)as there was another car to be parked. Stay was unpleasant

I couldnt stay there as it was not per 3 star as it was rated. The location i felt unsafe, doors were very normal. Didnt see any women staff all around, not sure it was safe for a family. Photo not marching to restaurant and bedrooms. Washroom was terrible. Had to left hotel because of these immediately after checking out.

Over all worst experience. The rooms are congested. Ac makes lot of noise more than an industrial fan. The room stinks. The linen/ pillow covers bed covers and quilt is not changed. That also stinks. The staff here has negative response for everything you ask. Language conflict. All the room service ppl are from north. Dint know whether to s pk in tamil or hindi. Not up to expectations. Since the hotel is in prime location, they take it for granted.

Best hotel near Chennai central Railway station. Room are clean and very beautiful also they offer us premium room as economy rooms not available without any extra charge and staff behaviour are very good also food is very delicious and you can get food from outside also there is no restrictions. Overall this is then best hotel near Chennai central railway station for family and couples.

Best hotel near Chennai central Railway station.
