地鐵在樓下所以出門方便。夜景也很好看。衹是裝修風格我比較不會欣賞。空調比較舊而且有間房的空調剛好不是對著床，所以不夠冷。其他都很好。這房是有烘乾機的，所以當天我也把衣服洗了。

First of all, I'd like to emphasize that you must contact this property's customer service via WeChat! This property doesn't have a reception desk; you must request an access code to access the rooms, which can only be obtained by contacting them via WeChat. Managing payment via Trip doesn't allow you to access the room access code or the property's customer service channel, which leaves you high and dry despite paying them. In my case, I had to contact Trip's customer service, who were able to connect me with the property while they found me another similar accommodation (Trip's customer service is always excellent). Aside from this mishap, which took me two hours to resolve, I must say it's a good accommodation—safe, spacious, and convenient for travelers visiting Chengdu for a short time. I enjoyed my stay.

很少作評價，但從來沒有住過各方面都能差到如此地步的房間，實在沒辦法忍，有圖為證一層樓原本設定應該是loft公寓樓（別問為什麼知道，因為前一天晚上在同一棟另外的房間住的，因為沒辦法續房才臨時找的這個附近的房間），硬生生被分割成2層還是3層（我們住的是分割的2樓），隔音十分之差，有人上下樓梯的聲音一耳瞭然，隔壁正常聲音聊天，聽得一清二楚，收費沒有便宜甚至還貴一點房間小不是大問題，但環境實在極差，一進門看到破損翹起來的木地板，靠近地上牆面上的汙漬，還有洗澡時候沖涼房下水道根本下不去水，一個男生洗澡的時間水量，水都能溢出到門口，可想而知水下得多慢；床邊床沿都能看到爬來爬去的小蟲子，翻開枕頭背面也是一眼看到黑乎乎的小蟲子另外該門店顯示的地址客服一般情況下都沒在，要想聯繫可能衹能微信，但也偶會出現聯繫不上的情況，這個不作評價，畢竟我們著急放行李沒找到人的時候打電話還是有人接衹能説有想預訂這個酒店的慎重吧，非同行，純旅遊者，是到玩了一整天人累麻了回到酒店看到這種情況會崩潰的程度

This is my second time staying here. This hotel is more like 1 bedroom apartment. Location is just across LRT Hongxingqiao exit C ( 3 min walk).The building entrance is next to McD. You have to take lift to 17th floor and take stairs to level 18. There is no receptionist at this hotel, so better to contact the hotel before your arrival date. After you give deposit 200 RMB, you will get passcode to open the room door . Facilities are complete.There are refrigerator and washing machine with dryer. Because the room has 3 big windows , you can easily hang your clothes after washing. They won't clean or refil amenities during your stay.Put your trash in front of the door, they will take care of it.

I strongly don’t recommend for elderly persons and who are traveling with heavy luggage. My room is 1806 C at 17 floor but you have to climb up with a 15 kgs luggage into 3 level stairs up , dark and steep (yes , there is a automatic light on after you have to take a few steps in darkness before the light is on) The location is good , near subway.

這個價格沒什麼要求了。設施舊也沒什麼關係，但是床頭很多灰，真的很多。上樓還有一套，樓梯就在臥室旁邊，半夜還上下樓，把我吵醒了。這兩點能接受的可以來住。房間有機頂盒，可以看電視，投屏不行。衞生：衞生真不行，枕頭被子一股汗臭味，真不知道換新的沒有

設施：非常齊全洗衣機，冰箱，微波爐，投影儀。衞生：衞生不錯進房間根本沒有垃圾。環境：窗邊能看到好像是個東方明珠塔。服務：服務特別好，想用洗衣機沒洗衣粉，跟商家聯繫了一下不到20分鐘就送過來了。樓下就是燃麵小子，太好吃了，我太喜歡了，附近還有超市，買水果的地方，還有蜜雪冰城。樓下150米就是地鐵，安逸慘了。

優點：離地鐵口特別近，下了樓2分鐘就到地鐵站，後面就是居民小區，周圍吃的較多，早餐很方便。有待改進：1. 房間很不好找，七拐八紐的，部分房間沒有電梯需要爬小樓梯，樓道狹窄昏暗，晚上很可怕。 2.兩人間的電熱水器太小洗澡好冷，差點凍生病。最後跟客服商量借用員工洗澡的地方使用。3.設施陳舊、翻身床咯吱響，桌椅板凳根本不配套，感覺都是二手舊貨市場淘來的傢俱。客服態度很好，反應的水小而冷無法洗澡的問題很快解決，為了表示歉意承諾給我們補償，免費升到套房。但客服表達很含糊，沒有直接説明衹給升級一天，所以第二天我們又被迫搬進原來的房間。不過説實話套房的情況也非常堪憂，房間裡有個洞通到樓梯間，半夜上下樓梯聲聽得清清楚楚。房間的傢俱以黑色為主，讓人看著很不舒服。越是競爭激烈，越是要提升品質和服務品質。旅遊住宿是消費市場，一味靠節約成本肯定經營效益會更不好。真誠的建議希望老闆能接受改進吧！

房間很大，空調夠冷（這個炎炎夏日我覺得空調特別重要），兩個房間也有涼衣服的地方，長途旅遊這裡真的不錯，去周邊景點也很方便，樓下走幾步就地鉄站，要不就路口打車也超方便，而已這裡周邊好吃也太多了吧，而且價格也很親民，如果不是要回港上班，真想多住幾天

First of all, I'd like to emphasize that you must contact this property's customer service via WeChat! 很少作評價，但從來沒有住過各方面都能差到如此地步的房間，實在沒辦法忍，有圖為證一層樓原本設定應該是loft公寓樓（別問為什麼知道，因為前一天晚上在同一棟另外的房間住的，因為沒辦法續房才臨時找的這個附近的房間），硬生生被分割成2層還是3層（我們住的是分割的2樓），隔音十分之差，有人上下樓梯的聲音一耳瞭然，隔壁正常聲音聊天，聽得一清二楚，收費沒有便宜甚至還貴一點房間小不是大問題，但環境實在極差，一進門看到破損翹起來的木地板，靠近地上牆面上的汙漬，還有洗澡時候沖涼房下水道根本下不去水，一個男生洗澡的時間水量，水都能溢出到門口，可想而知水下得多慢；床邊床沿都能看到爬來爬去的小蟲子，翻開枕頭背面也是一眼看到黑乎乎的小蟲子另外該門店顯示的地址客服一般情況下都沒在，要想聯繫可能衹能微信，但也偶會出現聯繫不上的情況，這個不作評價，畢竟我們著急放行李沒找到人的時候打電話還是有人接衹能説有想預訂這個酒店的慎重吧，非同行，純旅遊者，是到玩了一整天人累麻了回到酒店看到這種情況會崩潰的程度

This is my second time staying here. This hotel is more like 1 bedroom apartment. Location is just across LRT Hongxingqiao exit C ( 3 min walk).The building entrance is next to McD. You have to take lift to 17th floor and take stairs to level 18. There is no receptionist at this hotel, so better to contact the hotel before your arrival date. After you give deposit 200 RMB, you will get passcode to open the room door . Facilities are complete.There are refrigerator and washing machine with dryer. Because the room has 3 big windows , you can easily hang your clothes after washing. They won't clean or refil amenities during your stay.Put your trash in front of the door, they will take care of it.
