房間比我想象中大多了，裝修看著也舒服，床軟乎乎的跟陷進棉花裡似的，窗簾一拉黑得徹底，昨晚睡得那叫一個香。衞生間乾濕分開，熱水來得快，洗漱用品用著也不廉價。早餐種類巨多，中式西式都有，還有本地特色小吃，味道一點不敷衍。

天府機場的酒店不是太遠就是特別近，這家居中，硬件很棒，整個酒店佔地面積很大，房間設施也好，賓客關係組很早就聯繫我給我安排接送機，服務也很好，浙江人出來旅遊什麼都可以，唯獨受不了衞生問題，我老公睡不乾淨或者潮濕的床鋪會渾身發癢，這家就很不錯，外賣也能送到，四川住了4晚，這家最舒服

第四次入住該酒店了。需要批評一下。本來落地成都很晚了，第二天早上很早轉機就要走，到酒店辦入住也已經很晚了，但是工作人員效率極低，等了好久。其次酒店早餐6:00開始，對於趕早飛機的非常不友好，配備的路早就是零食，拿都不想拿，下次在天府轉機可能該酒店的考慮次位要往後挪挪了。

Positive - Overall a very nice hotel with spacious/luxurious rooms and ideal location if you are in transit or need to be close to the airport - Breakfast was amazing (11/10) - There is a nice (bit more western) cafe (open until 21:00 I think) and a supermarket - The facilities such as the swimming pool (make sure to check opening hours!) and the fitness are a big bonus! Very nice and tidy. Negative - Difficult communication with hotel people. 1) They did not find my booking and acted like they did not know 訂房網站.com (?!) even though in the hotel room itself there was an advertisment on 訂房網站.com (lol). 2) They also told me that swimming was not included in my reservation and I had to pay extra. I had to reach out to 訂房網站.com and luckily everything got sorted because it should have been included… Shout out to the customer service of 訂房網站.com who resolved this matter quicky and professionally 3) I got a smoking room even though I reserved a non smoking. But honestly at this point and due to high difficulty of communication you have to choose your battles. (I think the issues summed up were due to the fact that they did not find my reservation…) 4) When I wanted to ask where the swimming pool was (since no english speaking people you did not really get information on these things - you have to figure it out yourself), some people were cutting the line and even when I just let it be and waited patiently another person just moved me aside. Hotel people did nothing but honestly this was the least issue of all. 5) at the end of my 訂房網站 they were probably were so fed up with this foreigner (aka me) that they were not friendly at the check out. - Very bad wifi (you maybe can check your emails or use basic apps but the network is weak protected).

這個酒店有點像國賓館，規模很大，有點花園式的院落感。房間也很乾凈，也很大。每30分鐘有接送機的大巴士挺方便。關鍵工作人員也特別的熱心，主動幫忙拿行李，直接送到房間。下次來一定還住這裡。

很大的酒店，就在機場附近，有大巴車送機很方便。尤其停車非常方便，價錢也合理。酒店很新毛巾很新，贈送了單人套餐很實惠，吃得很好。服務很好很及時。

非常極其差，比如家都不如，電梯臭氣熏天，房間衞生不好，牆紙破舊，服務員態度極差。各樓棟之間距離遠，沒有指引牌沒有指引人員，早餐都沒吃上。訂房網站也非常糟糕，第一次想要投訴訂房網站，這麼垃圾的酒店標了準五星，誤導消費者。
