1.Ac not working properly 2. complaint done they come and check but no improvement Requested to change the they refused on this 3. But so hot inside room, Room service need improve lot requested to refill the water 3 times than only they came. 4. ordered snacks from the room ,For Bajji Ponda requested sambar but they said they have not provided overall good location but bad service try to improve as much as possible

Location is great. Staff are very courteous. Room was clean. But hotel toiletries were very limited. There was only one dental kit for a 2 person stay. And there was only one soap and a very average teeny tiny shampoo. There is room for improvement in that one area. Pretty good otherwise.

The stay was good, i have stay d her three years back. The ambience was better than this time. The food was nominal. They have to change the closets, shower’s and hot water system was not that hot. Stay was good. Breakfast was good with variety. Buffet was average as all the dishes were south Indian dishes. No much option available with North Indian dishes. Too much crowded restaurant & staff looks short as dining tables cleaning took much time

Very arrogant front desk. As I reached the hotel property late due to onwards flight delay, the front desk guy simply refused me to offer me the room with king size bed

It was mixed feeling about hotel, neither best neither worst. Support staffs were good but complimentary lunch breakfast was not compatible for North customers.

Good hotel. Close to kilambakkam bus stand and easy access to oragadam, padappai. Rooms are good and the hotel is wheel chair friendly. Staff is polite and courteous.

Rooms are good ,clean and services as well. Parking is a bit of problem . Shortage of staffs in reception area and roomboys makes it time consuming for checkin and check out processes
