terrible service, the room they provided had broken coffee table, broken bathroom sink and terrible a/c noise. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good location near Chennai airport (10-15 minutes). Quite place with free airport transportation. Very friendly staff, doing their best to assist you and keep the hotel clean and tidy. The hotel stands very well for a 3 star hotel. I would visit again.

Hotel is near by airport and they have airport pick and drop services so it’s easy but the early morning reception is very rude behavior

Receptionist ìn the day of arrival was rude and unaccomadatindg .Washroom was below average standards. Bed bugs on bed and sheets disgusting. Location was not the cleanest or desirable will not recommend or visit again. Redeming point shuttle was available and the driver was pleasent.

The hotel room was not very clean and looked old. There was no hot water in the shower, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. However, the free airport transfer was convenient and appreciated.

The hotel staff displayed a somewhat unhelpful attitude, and while the service was adequate, it was noticeably slow. Additionally, the location of the hotel is quite unfavorable. I cannot recommend this hotel to others. On the positive side, the premises were clean and well-maintained, and they offered complimentary airport pickup and drop-off services.
