Property is near the Kappad Beach, location wise its perfect. But the resort is not well maintained. Rooms are spacious but we found that the furnitures are broken, intercom, ac remote, tv remote were not working. Limited food and drinks option were available and there are no other nearby restaurant. Swimming Pool was the worst. i think they were not changing or retreating the water properly. Location Wise 5/5, Food 3/5, Amenities 2/5 , Service 3/5. For a family of 3, they charge me for 1 night without extra bed but with breakfast, which was actually 200 per person. 4k per night not worth it, for 2-3k , we can find excellent properties.

Stayed at charming Vasco da Gama resort and spa for four nights. Nice place close to the Kappad beach . A stone’s throw away from where Vasco Da Gama landed in 1498 . Resort is neat and clean with well appointed rooms . Caring and attentive staff. Fairly good restaurant serving nice breakfast.Only issue was difficulty in communicating with the staff. Hindi is not understood and English is known to a select few . Overall a good experience.

It was a wonderful experience. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even though we had a prior booking of a particular room they upgraded us to a villa at the same price as we wanted a better view. The food was great. The ambience and decor of the hotel is amazing. And its proximity to the beach makes it worth the while. The swimming pool is well maintained. The hospitality of the entire staff is commendable. Even though we had a language issue, they helped us in the best possible way and sorted out our transportation issues as well. 10/10.
