マジで最悪。 まず、無人のホテルなのでホテルに入るときにピンナンバーが必要です。電話して聞くと、女性にe-mailｱﾄﾞﾚｽを聞かれ、伝えると2分以內に詳細を送ると言われましたが、返信が來ませんでした。もう一度電話すると男性が出て、電話でピンナンバーを教えてもらうことができました。 その後、FREE Wi-Fiがあるということで使おうとしましたが、使えません。もう一度連絡すると女性がまた出て、問題を確認して5分後にかけ直すと言われましたが15分経っても電話が來なかったのでかけ直しました。男性が出て、狀況をもう一度説明すると、明日の朝修理するとのこと。それはおかしい、じゃぁ半分でも良いから返金してというと、それはできないと。噓つきじゃないかと伝えれば私達は噓つきじゃないと。 電話を切ってから冷靜に考えると男性は私が話しているとき聞くことに徹するなど、クレーム対応に慣れている様子でした。某マップでの口コミも低評価でかなり電話でのクレーム対応をしているのではと思います。私もそちらでの口コミを確認せず予約したのはいけませんでしたが、二度と泊まりたいとは思えない場所です。 部屋は溼気臭く、ベッドマットは柔らかく寢にくい。 キッチンはコンロがないだけで、スーパーで買ったものを食べるには良かったです。 また、6月中旬に來ましたが、とても寒かったです。空調設備はないのでもし泊まるのであれば服裝など気をつけてください。 その他設備は、トイレ、シャワーは共有しかありません（ホテル概要にもありますが） タオルはありますが、その他アメニティ、ルームウェア等はないので準備が必要です。

I think the First thing to bear in mind is that none of the rooms at this accommodation are ensuite.  Whilst the bathrooms are clean and tidy, they are very tired.  The radiator pulled off the wall in the upstairs bathroom and the towel rails were half hanging off the wall as well.  The main front door to the property wouldn’t close and became a security issue for a lot of people.  The radiator didn’t work properly and needed bleeding.  The comfort of the beds was terrible. The mattresses were hard and you could feel the base.  The excuse for pillows, were hard and uncomfortable, and had no bounce in them at all. The towels were paper, thin and scratchy.  The place needs a really good redecorating, and damaged internal entrance doors give it a very dodgy feel.  A couple of times I needed to contact customer services. The phone rang. It was diverted and nobody bothered to pick up. If you are looking for an extremely basic budget to stay with absolutely no frills bells whistles will comfort then this will be ideal. This is the sort of place where you go out late, come back and put your head down and then you’re gone the next morning. Lastly I would put that the accommodation is a considerable distance from the town centre of Cheltenham. You would need an Uber costing 6 to £8 to get into town and back.  There is also a good breakfast café close to the accommodation by the other side of the station called Madisons thoroughly recommended great breakfast.

I stay 2 weeks but I said several times to fixed the wifi issue but they didn’t It’s totally frustrating
