Loved the microwave and fridge, very convenient, room and bathroom were good. An older building, so you do hear other people moving about, but just vague sounds. I enjoyed my stay.

Once you get used to the all-online check in/door codes etc. it’s a very easy, smooth stay in a nice part of Cheltenham

There was no staff present, only intercom and mobile phone, but was alright. The room and environment was alright for basic needs and one night stay. It'd be better if the heater could be stronger. The toilet of the original room leaked, but the staff acted quickly upon we called, and immediately swapped our room and transferred the refund to me!
