The staff are absolutely lovely, and the facilities are top-notch! We absolutely adore the swimming pool! The location is fantastic too, with a plethora of restaurants just a stone’s throw away. The rooms are clean, and parking is a breeze. We’re definitely planning our return 訂房網站! 

I stayed at the Village Hotel Manchester Cheadle from the 20th to the 21st and accidentally left my Oral-B electric toothbrush and La Mer face wash on the bed. These are high-value items, and I immediately called the hotel on Sunday morning, fully expecting them to be professional and help me retrieve my belongings. Instead, I was met with complete indifference and disregard. Despite their company policy stating that lost items should be returned if found, I was simply told that nothing had been discovered in the room. I am 100% certain I left them on the bed, but instead of investigating further, the staff dismissed my concerns and didn’t even bother to follow up. As a paying customer, I expected a level of care and responsibility, but I received none. The worst part is that when I asked for an update, they merely shrugged it off, stating that “if they could find it, they would have by now,” despite less than 24 hours having passed since my stay. This lack of effort, urgency, and empathy from the hotel is shocking and unacceptable. It feels as though they couldn’t be bothered to take my situation seriously or value me as a guest. I will not be returning, and I urge others to avoid this hotel if you expect any kind of respect or attention to detail regarding your belongings.

Will make a complaint too! the manager as there was hair in the bath, poor lighting in the room, room was very cold when entering the room with the window left open!

Clean rooms decent price. Room has a dyson air fan was a bit warm even with the window open.. other than that stay was fine only paid £67 as it was a sunday night

Very good and with the best facilities

The hotel did the job, but it appeared very run down, and the rooms had little in them. The service was friendly, and it did have good amenities around.

good food in the evening and same with the breakfast. very clean and modern.

Advanced booking resulting in a great price for a decent family room with free parking and use of leisure centre; very good size of pool, fantastic sauna and steam room; typical breakfast included.
