아메리칸 빌리지와 15분 정도 떨어져 있고 3분 거리에 대형 마트가 있지만 체크인 경우 어르신이 프론트에 계셔서 다소 시간이 걸려요 호텔 내 주차 가능 하지만 일본 돈 1000원 지출 하셔야해요 호텔내 뷰는 그냥 시티뷰 이며, 일본인 거주 지역 안에 있는거 같아요

広くて清潔で、白を基調にした、おしゃれなお部屋でした。受付の方も感じがよくて、また機會があれば利用させていただきたいです。

服務人員態度很差，入住的時候看也不看我的預訂，也不詳細詢問，就讓我去另一家酒店。還好我自己確認了一下，就是這家，不然走過去走過來累也累死。 第二天在網上續住，還要教育我説一定要在前一天晚上8點以前預訂，當時就想直接取消算了。 看來是沖繩遊客太多了，店家才是上帝，租客要為店家服務了。

This place are cozy clean and convenient cause its near in convini store supermarket and restaurants . Staff are so polite aside from the fat girl who was not so accomodating and looks so intimidating . We ask to have a new linen and pillow cases cause we stay more thank 3 days in the same room but she refused us to give new linen . We even clean our own room we just ask for fresh bedsheets . She use hoogle translate and said that " i have more something to do and i am busy . Because i am explaining her that we already extent our room and just need fresh linens and pillow case . She just turn her back . The second time was we ask politely if the recep can call a taxi by their phone cause we dont have a sim to call local cause we are just a tourist . She just answer me that she cannot call . I have to call by myself . But the day after i ask her younger man do call and ask for taxi for me . Its just sad cause i like this place . I am just avoiding it in the future to book there because of her . Always grumpy . I dont know if she has something going through her life . I am so dearly ask nice and politely the way i can . Thanks .
