房間中規中矩，套房不錯，有個客廳。服務很一般，入住時前台接待非常冷漠，預訂了第二天早上班車去機場，班車遲到了，前台服務生根本不管班車何時到達，全靠自己去門口侯著，真是服務太差了

Nice and clean, close to airport with free airport shuttles. Enjoyed indoor pool with kids. Life with good views, but sometimes not working, extra big room with sitting area and modern bathroom. Probably one of the best hotels in Charlotte.

I like safety car park, and I get bedroom/living room are separated., rooms are clean, Staff and Night bartender very friendly foods is good. But breakfast price is not including coffee!! I not mind to pay $4 for a cup of coffee. But most hotels are breakfast price have coffee included (plus breakfast not a buffet.)
