印德拉斯坦喜馬拉雅度假村 (Indrasthan Himalaya Resort)

Not to be recommended at all. View from the location is okay, but not worth staying in that hotel. Positive: None! (Even Location shared and guidance given by staff members of the hotel to reach their hotel was inaccurate) Negative: plenty - Wifi: Not working. WiFi connectivity was more or less just for the name. My phone was connected to their WiFi but was not working in both days of our stay. - Food: Tasteless. we have to wait for very very very long for our food order to be delivered which we already ordered the food at 6:00 and told them we will come during evening time at 9:00 to eat, where we came a half an hour and just for the soup we waited 30 min and again waited for drinks and again waited pretty long for main course, for the food that was totally tasteless. Horrific experience  - Stay: Nightmare  - Stay was even terrible, we could not sleep well because early morning some people started working in hotel premises related to construction, directly near our room. What was that? No Staff member informed or try to take care of that part. - Staff: Untrained - Staff were totally untrained, they will say yes, okay but they will deliver nothing on time.  - Punctuality, they donot have that in their dictionary. - Hospitality: negative points Final thought: Felt like they just setup everything for hotel business and then thought of printing money without taking care of guests. It was Money mentality not the service mentality even they are doing service oriented business.
