Pretty bad experience from the room type I booked to the trea**ent given post having dinner. Waiters running towards you like you are stealing something, Ra*** was the ***ager who is one of the most unprofessional people I have come across. Great hotel and location but staff needs ***ners and upskilling to behave better with customers

The service at JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh was exceptional. This is the second time I am staying here. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results, especially upgrading me to a higher category and addressing my needs. The quality of the service and overall positive attitude towards my stay satisfies me to come back and stay at JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh whenever I am in Chandigarh. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.” It was a Happy Stay.
