It was mentioned a luxury room but in real was not .as per the price of the room services were zero room decor poor , no television services , no WiFi, no good variety of food . Totally a terrible 訂房網站 in sunbeam. While leaving they messed up with other rooms bills with mine . Poor services.

Location was good Room was spacious But issues regarding cleanliness Untrained, immature and irresponsible front desk lady . And Poor housekeeping. They served eag tost in breakfast buffet on Tuesday without mentioning on item . I never eat egg on Tuesday in my life but because of restaurant team's carelessness I ate a bite of that food item and when I doubt that something wrong in it , I asked myself that is it egg item ? Then they said yes. Omg. Atleast they should write down that it is of egg item. I omitted for 10 minutes because of that incident. I always chosen this hotel in past but nowadays the quality is constantly declining. disappointed this time.

Worst hotel I been . Room was not maintained , found metal scrubber peice in my meal , chapati was bitter because they burnt it

Location is good as the places in Chandigarh were nearby. Rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast options were good and tasty as well. Would recommend this hotel

They changes my room thrice. I’m first room ac was not working second room bathroom was smelling. Staff who was in room service don’t know how to speak to customers.

Trip was good, Rooms were neat and clean, staff was cooperative, Food was a little expensive and not that much tasty, otherwise good experience.

The hotel has good location but the staff was little unprofessional. No one came for cleaning for 3 days despite calling again and again. Foor was very costly moreover quality was not upto benchmark. No Bar. Overall not value for money. After location nothing was good. Very average hotel

stayed for only 1 night with family. overall experience was OK. however there were some glitches in room allocates to us i.e. Premium luxury room in which door bell was not working, Jet had a leakage in toilet, tea coffee material was not available, hand towel was missing. Food was good, breakfeast buffet was okay with good options. Hotel is located at good location, Sukhna lake and Rock garden is nearby.

No proper room cleaning, incomplete mini bar and no refill for washroom items. Delayed breakfast experience and ignorant staff for service. Key card was not working and had to do up and down again and again
