因為我們常住其他國家的麗笙酒店的服務不錯，所以就選了華欣麗笙酒店🏨來跨年度假，我們是 12 月 28 日以平常三倍的價格入住該酒店的，一進房間就感覺所有的傢俱設施非常陳舊破敗，廁所版的墊片是破碎的，當天晚上睡覺發現被子是又濕又冷，因為是濕的蓋在身上感覺很重，後來打電話房務部無人接聽，衹好下樓走到前台要求來換，服務枱的工作人員英語也不是很好，不知道什麼是Quilt？衹問我是Blanket嗎？我是不是，溝通半天然後衹能讓一位之前給我們拖行李的時候大叔到房間裡看才明白quilt是什麼意思？給我們換來的被子是單人被子，第一條被子上發現有毛髮，大叔又讓我們自己和他一起去布草房拿，又拿來兩條條被子上分別又有毛髮，還有更離譜的就是有一條被子打開竟然有螞蟻🐜在爬[尷尬]，（分別有照片和視頻）沒有辦法衹能留下一條單人被我們夫婦倆就湊活了一晚上，29 號早上我們倆一起去吃早餐，我的天吶！食堂就像一個大食堂，人多亂哄哄的，服務生都不是專業的，收拾桌子的時候衹擦桌面椅子🪑根本就是連檢查一下都沒有，不要説擦了，椅子上還有上一批客人留下的食品殘渣[尷尬]，菜品和食品也來不及補貨我們再次和服務枱溝通無果，（因為語言問題），我們就找到平台客服投訴，訴求是我們要求退房，平台客服很熱心的幫忙和酒店方溝通，最後給我們的回覆是絕對不同意退房，衹能換房，那好吧我們就同意換房，第二天換了一個樓層高一點的所謂套房其實就是比我們住的房間多一個高低床，對於我們來説也是沒有用的，因為換房時間已是傍晚了，一進房間就有一衹很大蚊子🦟，我們自己拍了一會蚊子🦟飛得很快我們也拍不到，衹能求助於酒店前台，然後他們就拿來一瓶殺蟲劑讓我們自己噴，我們沒有辦法衹能自己來噴殺蚊子🦟。由於這個殺蟲劑味道刺鼻，我的太太聞到後就過敏了，一晚上一直在咳嗽，還伴有頭暈[暈]，本來計劃去游泳🏊♀️也無奈取消了[難過]。12 月 30 日早上起床洗漱時發現台盆的下水道是很不暢通的，酒店服務生在我們去用早餐時就開始打掃房間，她們也不檢查下水道，衹有給我們整理一下床單被罩連毛巾也不換的，所以 30 日是我太太自己找服務生換的，再找服務生借了一個可以通下水道的工具下水道是我們自己通的，通出來都是汙垢和殘渣很臭，（有照片和視頻），31 日早上我們去用餐時服務生又開始打掃房間，還是不給我們換毛巾，（枉費了我們每天早上放在枕頭上的小費了[尷尬][尷尬][尷尬]）。我們後來打電話到服務枱要求換毛巾換到 2026 年元月一日我們退房了也沒有幫我們換，説實話這個酒店的房間很貴但是服務就類似招待所的水準。房費貴服務差，設施設備陳舊，住這個酒店四晚真的很糟心，請各位朋友千萬不要來住這家（估計是阿三哥老闆和管理的）酒店入住，不然度假的氣氛都被他們破壞！酒店就在一條臭水溝旁邊，沒有沙灘！但是，還好我們是找訂房網站Trip平台訂的房間，後來我們衹能找到訂房網站平台客服介入和酒店處理，雖然酒店方面也不做任何回覆和協商補償，暖心的是平台客服對我們無微不至的關心我們心裡真的是暖暖的[愛心]，真心感覺訂房網站平台就像家人一樣對待和幫助我們，讓我們出門在外沒有很無助的感覺，感謝訂房網站平台客戶給我們提供的幫助和支持還我給與了我們暖心補償，真心感謝你們訂房網站平台[抱拳][抱拳][抱拳][愛心][愛心][愛心]（^🙏^）

일단 아침에 바다에서 해가 지고 뜨는것이 정말 끝내줍니다. 숙소에는 다양한 분들이 있구요. 앞에 세븐이 일레븐이 있어서 편리 했습니다. 하루에 3번은 들렸답니다. 단점은 시내가 아니다 보니 차가 없으면 이동이 불편해요. 하지만 숙소에 다양한 프로그램으로 좋구요. 아이가 폼파티를 정말 좋아 했답니다. 시설은 오래 됐지만 추천 합니다.

Our second time here for 4 days 3 nights and we enjoyed it very much. My son loves the foam party at 4 pm and the water slides. The breakfast was good, variety of choices. Seem like there was a lack of staff at the restaurant. The omelette wasn’t cooked very well- ordered cooked omelette but got them undercooked and the second time he advised me to order scramble egg as he said it can be cooked(rather than omelette), but got it burnt scramble egg! Not sure if the chef was tired or just not inexperienced(on 12/07). On 13/07 I then ordered omelette again with the same chef, got it cooked -perfect omelette. The food label didn’t match with the food: pork steam buns label but it was black bean steam buns, Tom Kha Kai label but it was actually the bitter clear soup with chicken. The staffs at kids club were great as we joined the adventure pass. Most of staffs are service-minded. The check in process was fast even though there was a long queue. Will definitely be back! :)

We enjoyed our stay as a couple, good family hotel with a lot of amenities ,pizza between 4pm - 5pm buy one get one free very good pizza the base was delicious 👏😋 but I thought the beer 🍺was a little expensive a $199 for a can , The hotel is a little way from everything but there are a few good place outside the resort 7Eleven , massage 💆♀️ restaurants 😀 Outside the resort is a very family village atmosphere, If you want to relax sit my the swimming pool with ocean views from your room this is the place for you 😀 😉, Cost of a Bolt taxi to shopping 🛍 centre between 200-300 baht

A Hidden Gem by the Sea — Radisson Blu Hua Hin A spontaneous getaway turned into one of our most memorable family escapes — and what a delightful surprise it was! The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, but it’s the lobby that truly sets the tone — wide, airy, and whispering the ocean breeze right through its grand design.
