The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life, no service, no experience in dealing, they do not know what cleanliness is, a used room and they pretend that it is clean, the towels and bed are used, the floor is super dirty, they even forgot to put the refrigerator (minibar) in the room, the reception service is the worst possible, the pictures do not match the reality, now we ask to return the money paid for this stay

Das Hotel hat nichts mit den Bildern zu tun , Hotelmitarbeiter zwar neu aber Personal und Service ist sehr schlecht , ich kann nur sagen Amateure sind besser . Sauberkeit lässt wünschen . Preise sehr teuer essen trinken pure abzocke . Nie wieder , empfehle es nicht .
